We work primarily in the indigenous communities of Khagrachari within the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh — strengthening leadership across remote hills, villages, unions, and traditional mouzas.
The CHT is home to diverse indigenous communities living under customary governance led by Headmen and Karbaris. Our Network operates across Khagrachari District.
Our work reaches indigenous women, community representatives, youth, and grassroots leaders across different communities in the district.
